Wrong gift? Doesn’t fit? Whatever the reason, it’s no problem.
You must Contact Us via email before returning any products. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization.
When returning an item, please complete the Universo Extremo Boards Return Form, and enclose the form in your package along with the product you are returning and all original packaging.

All Products
Non-defective products may be returned or exchanged if the item is
unopened in a condition that allows for resale (see below for our policy
regarding defective products). All returned items must be unused, in
new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn, free of pet hair,
make-up, smoke smell, or other inappropriate smells. Videos must be
unopened & sealed in original packaging. Ramp plans, grip taped
decks and assembled skateboards, including its parts, cannot be
returned. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available
and cannot be guaranteed.
Your item(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Universo Extremo Boards must receive returns within 30 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.
Universo Extremo Boards does its best to stock exactly what's pictured on the site, but in some cases, it is beyond our control. Manufacturers will sometimes change the colors on a product to provide options. Colors may vary, Universo Extremo Boards will not be held responsible for items that may differ from image colors on this website.
Defective Products
You must contact Universo Extremo Boards within 5 days of receipt of a
defective product. Universo Extremo Boards does not guarantee exchange or
credit for defective items. If you believe your product is defective,
please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. If
the product is determined to be defective upon receipt by Universo Extremo Boards, a full refund will be issued. Universo Extremo Boards will
reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to
limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be
guaranteed.
Incorrect Product Shipping
If Universo Extremo Boards ships a product other than the product
ordered, we will issue a call tag to have the product picked up at our
expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct
product, another item of the same value, or receiving a full refund
including shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product
may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Manufacturer Money Back Guarantees
Universo Extremo Boards does not offer money back guarantees or honor
money back guarantees offered by product manufacturers. If you have
concerns regarding a product, contact the manufacturer directly to
discuss and purchase products in order to be covered under the
manufacturer’s money back guarantees. Universo Extremo Boards does not
endorse or guarantee any manufacturer product claims.
Refunds
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with
shipping pre-paid and include a completed Return Form. All items must be
unused in original packaging, with the original packing slip included.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your
refund. All products will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. If
it is determined that the product does not meet our return guidelines,
it will be sent back to you. All orders shipped with free freight
discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping
fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping
charges.
Reimbursement of payment
Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for refunds to be processed. When Universo Extremo Boards receives the returned defective product, your
credit card will be credited in full for the defective product plus the
shipping cost. Customers returning non-defective products will receive a
refund less shipping fees.
Shipping and Handling
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible
for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return
your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.
Delivery Address Change Request
In the event a shipping address needs to be changed after your
order has been placed, an $11 "Deliver to Another Address" fee will
incur. If you have received an exception notification from UPS, contact
them directly at 1-800-742-5877 to have the address changed free of
charge.
